These organizations are created by one or more founders in accordance with the procedure defined by the AR Civil Code.
If the auditor has a family relationship with any person from the management of the enterprise in the audited enterprise, has a personal property interest in the enterprise, has been an owner or shareholder, founder of the enterprise, as well as if he has provided service in the enterprise before, those auditors are prohibited from conducting an audit in these enterprises.
It should also be noted that economic entities can conclude a contract with auditors for a certain period of time on any issue related to their financial and economic activities. If these contracts are audited, an act must be drawn up by the auditors in a predetermined manner according to its results.
In what forms is the audit performed?
Audit verification can be carried out in two forms:
- mandatory audit - audit intended to be carried out in cases provided by law, as well as for economic entities that have to publish their economic financial statements
- voluntary audit - audit carried out at the initiative of the economic entity in all other cases, except for the above cases.
What is an auditor's opinion?
At the end of the audit, an opinion is given by the auditing organization or the auditor.
An auditor's opinion is an official document with legal significance and a single form, which reflects the value given to the accuracy of the annual financial statements, financial situation, general state of accounting, legality of financial and economic operations of the economic entity, confirmed by the signature and seal of an independent auditor or an auditing organization.
Also, the act of handing over the auditor's opinion is a document that determines the fulfillment of the terms of the contract by the auditor or the auditing organization. The auditor's opinion is drawn up on the basis of the prescribed form.
