These documents are:
- a copy of the taxpayer's identity card
- a copy of the certificate of the customer's tax registration
- a copy of the document confirming the tax accounting of the economic entity
- a copy of the notification sent by the State Tax Service for the installation of a POS-terminal in the economic entity, indicating the name and code of the main activity
Documents can be submitted on paper carriers or in electronic form. In addition to the above-mentioned documents, the POS-terminal for writing the software must also be submitted to the bank acquirer. Documents are reviewed within 3 working days of their submission.
If there are any deficiencies in the above-mentioned documents, if the POS-terminal does not meet the necessary requirements or if the installation of the POS-terminal is not possible for technical reasons, the acquirer bank may refuse to install the POS-terminal. An application for registration of the POS-terminal is sent to the State Tax Service within 1 working day after installation. The bank acquirer ensures the installation of the POS-terminal and the acceptance of payments within 5 working days.
